The Team

Our multilingual team consists of experts with in-depth knowledge of the Central European and Vietnamese real estate market and many years of experience in real estate investment consulting and development.

Our more than forty experts cover all activities within the life-cycle of a property from evaluation and appraisals up to the preparation of investment and/or development decisions, from purchase negotiations to project management and finally to divestment activities.

The Partners

Balázs Györke

graduated in the Farleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey on the business management faculty. He used to work for Japanese and Austrian developers and was IRES partner from 2002. Responsible for residential development and marketing in general.

Rezső Ezer

experienced in asset management, securities-financial- and property investment transactions and management. Among others he used to work for Arthur Andersen as a member of the entral-Eastern European real estate consulting division and was IRES partner from 2002. Is responsible investment consulting and transaction structuring.

Norbert Galfusz

was formerly heading the Real Estate Management department of an Austrian general contractor / developer doing business in Hungary. He was co-founder of IRES and managing partner from 2002. Is responsible for commercial development and business administration.

The partners have been responsible for the operation of International Real Estate Services Ltd. (IRES) in Hungary from 2002 and have realized many successful development and investment projects during that period.

For corporate reasons the partners founded Whitestone Investment in 2006 which will continue those activities.
